• Does the first two seconds create a clear question?
• Is the focal subject readable on a phone-sized screen?
• Is there safe space for captions and platform UI?
• Does the voice sound paced for a person, not a text box?
• Did we inspect the ending for a clean beat or replay trigger?
• Are AI-assisted, historical, parody, and commercial disclosures present?
• Are the source assets and final export stored together?
