Four-week rhythm
- Week 1 — Archive: publish or feature one finished short plus its companion note and sources.
- Week 2 — Breakdown: publish one concrete production decision: frame, voice, pacing, continuity, or export.
- Week 3 — Universe: advance one Starpaws character, episode premise, or visual rule.
- Week 4 — Utility: improve one Creator Lab asset based on a real workflow failure.
Quality gate before public launch
- The asset exists and has been locally checked.
- The page explains something beyond the video title.
- Historical claims have sources or are labeled uncertain.
- AI-assisted production is disclosed where relevant.
- Commercial relationships are absent or clearly labeled.
- The page has a next link into the archive, world, or workflow.
Operating rule: no publishing quota outranks accuracy, originality, or a finished artifact.
