The premise
The red button is clearly labeled do not press. The crew holds a unanimous meeting and decides pressing it would improve morale.
The creative decision
Escalate through eye-lines and paw placement. The humor comes from watching procedure collapse under curiosity while the cockpit remains completely serious.
What we would improve
The episode leaves the outcome ambiguous on purpose. A later story can reveal what the button actually did without weakening the first joke.
